Shipping policy

We currently ship physical apparel orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During holidays or peak periods, carrier delays may add 3-5 business days.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for orders of $89.00 USD or more in one checkout. For orders below that amount, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the shipping service selected. We do not add a hidden handling fee after checkout.

Estimated delivery after processing

United States: economy 7-10 business days; express options may be 3-7 business days.

Canada: economy 8-12 business days; express options may be 4-7 business days.

Australia: economy 8-12 business days; express options may be 5-8 business days.

United Kingdom: standard 6-10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, remote locations, weather, or public holidays.

Address requirements

Please enter a complete shipping address, including country, state/province, city, street address, apartment/building number when applicable, and postal/ZIP code. We may not be able to deliver to some P.O. Box addresses.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are handled according to the shipping method and destination shown at checkout. If a shipping method states that tax is included, that will be reflected during checkout.

Tracking and lost packages

When your order ships, we will send tracking information by email when available. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us so we can help check with the carrier.
