NSPSTT sells physical vintage-inspired dresses and outfit sets for adult customers, including Renaissance, cottagecore, Victorian, cosplay, photography, and special-occasion styles.

How should I choose a size?

Choose by body measurements rather than age or gender. Check the product page and size guide, then contact us before checkout if you are between sizes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free for orders over $89.00 USD in eligible checkout destinations. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually need 1-3 business days for processing. Transit time depends on destination and shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for current estimates.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing starts.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order. Once production, packing, or shipment has started, cancellation may not be possible.

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a quality issue, wrong item, missing accessory, shipping damage, or significant sizing discrepancy. Approved returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue was caused by a quality defect, wrong item, or our error, NSPSTT covers reasonable return shipping. For personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we send tracking information by email when available. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us for help.
